Castello Collemassari Poggio Lombrone Riserva 2016

Intense aromatic persistence and depth, with aromas of cherries and red berries enhanced by sweet spice and mineral sensations. The taste is firm and fragrant, characterized by freshness and varietal tannins of character and personality.

Castello ColleMassari is an Italian producer located in the Montecucco DOC of Tuscany. Sangiovese is overall the predominant grape while Vermentino is the most planted white variety. ColleMassari was founded in 1998 by siblings Maria Iris Bertarelli and Claudio Tipa, who have since expanded with three more estates: Grattamacco in Bolgheri (acquired in 2002); and Poggio di Sotto (2011) and Tenuta San Giorgio (2016) in Montalcino.
