At Flask Fine Wine & Whisky, we strive for excellence in every bottle; however, if you receive a damaged or corked product, please contact us within 14 days of delivery for a replacement or refund. Due to legal regulations regarding the sale of alcohol, we cannot accept returns for products that were ordered in error or based on personal taste preferences.

Return Process

    Email our customer service team with your order number and a brief explanation of the issue, including photos if the bottle arrived damaged.

    Verification Review

    Our specialists will review your claim to ensure it meets our quality guarantee standards for corked or spoiled inventory.

    Secure Repackaging

    If approved, carefully repackage the remaining liquid in the original bottle and place it back in the shipping container to prevent further leakage.

    Return or Refund

    Once we receive the returned item, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method or ship a replacement bottle at no additional cost.
