Cloudline Rose reflects the joy of Oregon and the region's unique success in growing outstanding Pinot Noir. 2021 had long, warm, and dry conditions but finished on point with a perfect harvest. The Pinot Noir was picked with freshness and verve at the forefront, pressed immediately into tank using Champagne-style presses. Then, after a short, happy fermentation, it was bottled at the beginning of December.
The 2021 Cloudline Rose of Pinot Noir expresses a floral nose of strawberry blossom and hawthorns. A beautiful salmon color, the wine has the lively texture of classic rose and a flavor palate that includes strawberry, kiwi and a touch of lemongrass.
