Nose: Mellow, but fragrant herbal notes of fenugreek leaf and parsley, light licorice, some treacle toffee, sweet fruit, bitter coffee grounds.
Palate: Lively for its great age, sweet, fruity with dried figs, peppery-spicy.
Finish: Long, pleasantly warming, and elegantly drying, light black pepper sweetness, fruity and spicy.
